The Monticello Chamber of Commerce & Industry is proud to offer Leadership Monticello, an eight-session leadership development program designed for current leaders, emerging leaders, managers, supervisors, and professionals who want to become more confident, intentional, and effective in their leadership.

Leadership Monticello utilizes the proven Mindset Leadership Program created by BetterCulture, bringing practical leadership strategies and real-world application into a local learning environment. Each 90-minute session focuses on the challenges leaders face every day—from building trust and accountability to navigating difficult conversations and creating a workplace culture where people want to be.
