Monthly Chamber Board of Directors Meeting Second Tuesday of every month The Monticello Chamber of Commerce & Industry Board of Directors meets monthly to provide leadership, governance, and strategic direction for the Chamber. During these meetings, board members review organizational priorities, discuss initiatives that support our business community, oversee Chamber operations, and help guide the future of the organization. Board meetings include reports from Chamber staff, committee updates, financial oversight, strategic planning, and discussion of current and upcoming programs, events, and initiatives. Please note: A detailed agenda and supporting materials will be emailed to board members prior to each meeting. This meeting is intended for current Chamber Board of Directors and invited guests.
