Our menu features customer favorites like brisket, ribs, pulled chicken, pork tenderloin, smoked mac and cheese, pit beans, coleslaw, and smoked peaches. Through Rocket Smoked Coffee, we also offer our original wood-smoked coffee, crafted for a smooth, low-bitterness flavor that stands apart from ordinary coffee.
